When you reserve ZOZOBRA we only ask for your email (and, if you like, your name and where you'd like to play). We use it to send you the gift and tell you about the launch, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
Who is responsible
Alejandro Casino and Santiago Martín (AlsatianGames). For anything about your data, write to hello@alsatiangames.es.
What we keep
Your email and, if you give them to us, your name and the platforms you pick. Also the language of the page and the date of the reservation. To stop bots, some details of your connection and browser are checked automatically when you send the form; we don't keep them with your reservation.
What for
- Emailing you the gift wallpapers.
- Letting you know when ZOZOBRA comes out, on PC and on other platforms if it reaches them.
- Knowing, as overall numbers, which platforms people are interested in.
No third-party advertising and no newsletters about other topics.
Why we can do it
Because you give us your consent by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
Until one year after ZOZOBRA comes out on PC, so we can also tell you about other platforms. Then we delete it, or sooner if you ask.
Who else handles it
We don't sell or share your data. We use a hosting and email provider in the European Union (OVHcloud) and another that hosts this website and protects it from bots (Cloudflare, in the U.S., with the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). They only handle your data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, take it with you or object to its use. Write to hello@alsatiangames.es from the email you reserved with, or reply to any email from us. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.
